It is necessary for all concrete pipes to be cured in a mould to ensure they are strengthened. The way it works is curing tanks are prepared to ensure the curing process takes place smoothly. The concrete pipes are placed in these curing tanks for approximately 28 days. They are rotated every 24 hours and removed at the end of this process within 28 days. These pipes are then stored at the factory until they are strong enough and able to pass the load test. Once ready, they are transported to the desired location for installation.
  • Test & Dispatch: Selective pipes from every batch are tested thoroughly to ensure one can maintain the quality standards. The entire batch is then loaded for dispatch to an appropriate location.
